Cancellation Policy
A $20 deposit is required to book any appointment, which will be included in your service total. I allow a 15 minute grace period; please inform me if you are running late. If past the 15 minutes, you will be charged 50% of the service you booked. I will only fit you in if I am able to, at that point. You will be charged a 50% cancellation fee for any no-call, no-show and 50% cancellation fee if cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment. Please understand I can not fill your spot within a few hours notice, so following my policy will prevent you from getting an unwanted charge.
