Cancellation Policy
A $20 deposit is required to book any appointment, which will be included in your service total. I allow a 15 minute grace period; please inform me if you are running late. I allow appointments to be cancelled 24 hours before your appointment. If cancelled within the 24 hour time frame you will be charged 25% of your booked service. Exceptions will be made for emergencies on a case by case basis. Please respect my time as I do yours.
